Returns and Exchanges

If you're not totally in love with your new set of Rues Hair extensions, you're in luck! We have a 60 day returns and exchange policy. Keep in mind that, you may only return or exchange a set if the set has NOT been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Please use the tester weft on the bottom portion of the set to make sure it was the desired shade when you placed your order.

  • We will honor a return with a full refund, or an exchange if you send us back your set within 60 days of order and the set has not been tampered with
  • We do not allow opened product to be returned or exchanged because hair extensions are considered to be a hygiene product and cannot honor a return for this reason — required by law
  • You must pay for your own shipping for any returns or exchanges — please include a tracking option in case your return gets lost in the mail
  • No refund will be given for any express shipping charges for both returns and exchanges
  • Please contact us at if you'd like to initiate a return or exchange either in the US or outside
  • Please contact us at with your order number and the following information, and we'll be happy to provide you with our return address; If you agree to our exchange policy and guarantee that the item has not been opened and taken out of its security seal, please e-mail us and copy/paste the following statement:

"I, (insert your full name), agree to the Rues Hair exchange policy and understand if Rues Hair finds that the item has been opened and taken out of its security seal, I will not receive a refund, and I will have to pay the needed shipping fees in order to get my opened item back."

Please take 4-5 photos of your set that clearly shows that the set you purchased have not been tampered with or opened.

  • Customers must contact after they've sent back the set with tracking info to process a refund for a return; Refunds will be given to the original method of payment after we at Rues Hair have received, inspected, and confirmed that the extensions were not opened
  • Please contact your financial institution if you have not received a refund after a maximum of 7 business days.
