It may take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout and only ship Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
Please allow 3 to 6 business days for US domestic shipping, and 6 to 10 business days for international shipping.
We do NOT ship orders the same day.
Once you've placed your order, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We are not accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes, however, only select standard shipping at check-out as carriers will not express ship to them.
Tracking: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 2 days for the tracking information to show.
Taxes and Duties: Customers that put a billing and shipping address outside of the United States are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and cannot be refunded by Rues Hair since we do not collect them. Shipments going outside of the United States do not have fees added to the item's price listed on Rues Hair website.
Please contact your country's customs office or tax agent for charges and rates on the parcel coming to you if you are outside of the United States.
Typically, the carrier (USPS or DHL) will pay on your behalf once the parcel has entered your country. However, they will only release the parcel to you once you repay them for the customs and duty fees that was required by your country's government.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the necessary changes, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.
If it gets returned back to us, we can ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
By placing an order at Rues Hair, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Rues Hair. Please add a tracking option to your return, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
All of our shipments to you include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier. We are not accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
US Sales tax: Rues Hair collects 8.5% Florida state sales tax for items shipped to Florida. We pay this fee to the state government and is non refundable.
Parcels shipped to any military base is shipped via USPS, and the base is then responsible to delivering to your final destination. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.
